In mezzo ai vigneti di Chigny (Svizzera) fra il Lago di Ginevra e le Alpi francesi, con l'imponente Monte Bianco che sfuma nel cielo; qui lo studio di architettura dieterdietz.org ha realizzato un interessante complesso dove coesistono spazi di vita comuni e individuali per offrire un'opportunità di vivere in modo indipendente all'interno di una comunità di amici e delle loro famiglie.

Il progetto ha previsto la ristrutturazione di un edificio del 19° secolo in passato stamperia e la realizzazione di un nuovo edificio le cui caratteristiche richiamano il tradizionale granaio.

La Stamperia è stata ristrutturata mettendo a vista la muratura originale, le pareti e al struttura in legno che raccontano la storia dell'edificio, la nuova casa ha una sorprendente struttura esterna, quasi un esoscheletro strutturale.

"Queste case offrono una cornice per vivere, come una tela disegnata nello spazio che aspetta la vita per completarsi, gli utenti definiranno ulteriormente l'articolazione visiva e spaziale"

Two houses in Switzerland

In the middle of the vineyards of Chigny (Switzerland) between Lake Geneva and the French Alps, with the Mont Blanc that fades into the sky; here the architecture firm dieterdietz.org has created an interesting complex where common and individual living spaces coexist to offer an opportunity to live independently within a community of friends and their families.

The project, which involved the renovation of a 19th-century building in the past printing house and the construction of a new building whose characteristics recall the traditional granary.

The printing house has been restored by presenting the original walls, the walls and the wooden structure that tell the story of the building, the new house has a surprising external structure, almost a structural exoskeleton.
